The Containerboard Packaging Group, a division of Cascades, is the largest containerboard producer in Canada, and is also a top converter of corrugated products in the country. The Group manufactures a wide range of products made from recycled fibres for its NorthAmerican customers in the food, beverage and consumer products sectors, among many others. The Division, which employs close to 3,400people, owns sixcontainerboard mills and nineteencorrugated products plants in Canada and the United States.
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to be part of our Inside Sales Training program located in Lancaster, NY. Salary expectation for the role is $40,000 annually (higher compensation potential based on individual qualifications).
As an Inside Sales Rep, you will act as the link between customers, sales representatives and the Production Department. Your main goal will be to provide high quality customer service. This position involves processing customer orders by coordinating all of the factors involved in order specifications and delivery dates. You will be responsible to ensure that orders are processed quickly and correctly. This Representative will have excellent communication and organizational skills, and be a diplomatic and a self-starter who enjoys working independently in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications
- A minimum bachelors degree is required for this role
- A background in Sales/Customer Service, strong interpersonal skills, and personal computer skills are key attributes for this position. Packaging experience is a plus, but not a requirement.
