We are seeking a highly motivated individual to support these risk governance related activities. The individual will have frequent and regular interactions with senior leaders across ERM and Finance. The successful candidate must be self-driven, and has the ability to learn quickly.
Your contribution at AIG
Support the group risk committee planning and preparation, and managing the agenda
Support the preparation of the quarterly Board and management level risk reports
Support and facilitate the development of board level and management level risk limits
Support the design of the stress scenarios and analytics
Support the quarterly capital assessment process and analyze stress testing results
A broad range of ad-hoc projects
What we are looking for:
3+ years of work experience with progressively more responsibilities
Self-starter who can manage multiple initiatives with minimum supervision
Ability to work in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment
Strategic, analytical and financial acumen as well as strong business intellect and action oriented
Excellent written and oral communication skills; experience preparing executive level documents a strong plus
Communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to influence various levels of management and work across diverse business functions
Ability to handle a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and have a consistent track record of meeting deadlines
Quick learner, analytical, creative-thinking and quantitative
MBA or consulting background strongly preferred
Familiarity with insurance a plus, but not required
